My experience at the hotel was mostly positive, with exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms contributed to a pleasant stay, and I loved the complimentary evening meals. However, the lack of proper handling for complaints was a downside, especially in light of one unfortunate incident.
